3. Lead market research to find innovative ideas for betterment of product offerings

4. Competition benchmarking on real estate product offerings

5. Conduct consumer research to get deeper insights in customer analytics and buying behavior.

6. Research on existing and upcoming new concepts in real estate

7. Work within budgets for product development and innovation
