Manager - Infra Lending - Power / Renewable / Road / Ports Sector - NBFC (2-4 yrs) 2 - 4 years of experience post MBA/ CA Manager level CTC range : 10 - 15 lacs including 15% variable Infra lending exposure in power / renewable / road / ports MBA/CA with 2-4 years experience in Infrastructure Sector (Project Finance experience with Banks/FIs/Credit Rating Agency/Investment Bank) - In-depth understanding of Project Finance concepts, Public Private Partnership (PPP) model and associated risks - Practical knowledge of closing Project in multiple sectors - Sector expertise (Technical, Regulatory, Contractual Structure, Performance of Key Players etc) in key infrastructure sectors (Road, Port, Airport) Understanding of key Acts/Regulations/Order : - RBI/NBFC/SEBI etc - Regulatory Authorities of each Infrastructure Sector (Roads, Ports, Airport, Urban Infrastructure) - Understanding of legal aspects in banking - Legal documentation, Contracts, Litigations, Arbitration/SARFAESI/DRT/CDR etc Accountabilities -&nbsp; - To execute strategies for business development and asset monitoring to achieve organizations asset and profit growth target. - Credit Appraisal and Due diligence - Detailed project appraisal by analyzing the project/ promoter/sector and present the analysis to the Credit Committee. - Execution of Tripartite Agreement with Concession Authority for road/port/airport sector - Portfolio Management - Regular (Quarterly/Half-yearly) analysis of project- s/client's financial and operational performance and provide update to senior management on the same - Active monitoring of the portfolio by constant interaction with client, consultants, co-lenders, competitors etc and monitoring news updates from public sources
