We have an opening with one of our client from Fortune 500 companies into retail industry for the position of IT Manager based at Mumbai

Desired Profile :

- Candidate should have handled IT implementation/IT up-gradation/IT Infrastructure

- Candidate should have minimum experience of 4 years into Information technology

- Candidate should be Mumbai based.

Job Description :

Expected Work :

The role of the IT Manager will be to deliver the following for All India :

- POS Management - support current POS application by working closely with POS

- CRM Support current loyalty program. by working closely with CRM vendor for smooth functioning as well as for all periodic enhancement required in POS by business without impacting the overall performance of application.

- Evaluate other POS applications available in market and bring best practices and functionalities in current POS application. Release new versions post thorough testing and train users on new features brought in the application.

- Negotiate on cost and timelines with vendor for all paid customization. Renew agreement with vendor or create new agreement. Continuous audit of CRM system and data flow between POS and CRM application. Data clean up (if required) to maintain data hygiene.

- Coordinate with CRM vendor to resolve operational issues raised by salons and internal users. Assess business requirements and get the customization done. Train users.Renew agreement with vendor or create new agreement.

- Infrastructure Manage leased lines of Lakme Lever backstage office and Wi fi

- Partnering with HR for creation / deletion of new users with the help of

- Budgeting Prepare IT budget in annual plan exercise for next year keeping in setup. Maintain IT inventory of entire Lakme Lever and raise indent on a periodic basis for replacement of old laptop / desktops / printer / data card or procure new from HUL IT as well as from external vendor on need base. Support projects team for CCTV implementation and broadband connection at salon. Manage salon IT setup.

- Partnering with Commercial team (Finance and Supply chain) for all their requirement related to audit, MIS etc. Partnering with Marketing team for all the new promotion setup, MIS etc. Partnering with Business Excellence team for yearly price revision exercise in POS application.

- Manage installation / re installation of all salon related application e.g. POS, CRM etc. mind the existing cost, growth plan of company and all the future IT projects. Provide provision details to finance team on a monthly basis (if required). Manage the IT cost.

- Resource To Be Managed Under Positions Authority (Include Budget, Capital Expenditure, NPS, People, systems, financial values, etc. details for which this position will be directly responsible/accountable for)

- To handle complete POS system, CRM, Asset management, Infrastructure, Other

Problem Solving :

- Support salons on POS application and master related issues.

- Support salon to close all consumers query related to loyalty program.

- Help in procurement and recording of all IT assets.

- To develop a strong IT base to handle aggressive expansion plan of business.

- Help management users for various kinds of reporting requirements.

Change :

The new activities to be initiated by this role are :

- Managing the customization in POS and CRM application.

- Evaluate different POS applications and propose to business.

- Find out best IT practices and build the same here

- Manage IT services

- Analyzing indirect cost on Monthly basis

Task Horizon :

- For Asset physical control and management asset reconciliation and auditor report for one quarter

- For Throughput analysis improvement in throughput post 6 months of all asset placements in market

- For IT infrastructure 1 year post implementation of all initiatives and evaluation of benefit

- FG Distribution cost cost reduction ideas post 6 months on the basis of monthly distribution cost review.
