About the Company :

- The company started in 2007 with a vision to launch and build international brands in India.

- They operate their brands through many channels such as mono brand stores, shop-in-shop stores, multi-brand eCommerce and mono-brand eCommerce. Currently they run a grand total of 142 brick and mortar stores and a robust eCommerce and SIS channel.

Job Purpose :

- The incumbent will be assisting Head-IT in various operational issues and implement few key projects

- He will report to Head - IT

Job Responsibilities :

- Handle day-to-day operational issues for various brands.

- Develop and manage a Service Operations model for IT issues

- Drive few key projects with the Head-IT.

- Liaison closely with the Central IT team and the senior management for operational issues as well as few key projects.

- Handle Retail PRO (RPRO) related operational issues.

Experience :

- 10-14 years in IT

- Graduate

- Knowledge of Retail PRO Point of Sales system

- The person should be well groomed and must have good communication skills.

- The person needs to have leadership skills, Positive attitude
