IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be managing the entire PAN India IT infrastructure, policies & processes around it.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Deployment & Support :

- Deploy desktops, laptops & printers etc.

- Install, support & troubleshoot Microsoft, Linux & Max operating systems for various teams.

- Support VPN.

Maintenance & Management (PAN India) :

- Manage inventory & procurement.

- Maintain Server, LAN, hardware, firewall, call center server C-Zentrix.

- Incidence & SLA management.

Stake holder management :

- Conduct IT & security reviews with various stakeholders.

- Project & manage the budget.

- Collaborate with business & admin team to ensure smooth implementation.

- Build & manage the relationships with various vendors.

Team management :

- Plan the structure for the IT Team, hire & deploy.

- Build, own & drive the KRAs and targets of the team.

- Motivate the team to be 100% efficient & productive at all times.

Requirements :

- Any graduation, preferably in Computer Science background

- 3+ years of strong experience in a similar role

- Strong business acumen

- Problem solving nature

- Data driven & hustler in nature

- Keen interest in startups & in building things from the scratch
