- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

- Maintain and optimize the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, firewalls, VPNs, Cloud, hardware, and software.

- Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems.

- Implement and enforce security measures to protect the organization's data and information systems.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

- Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.

- Negotiate contracts and ensure vendors meet service level agreements.

- Develop and manage the IT budget, making informed decisions to optimize costs.

- Monitor expenses and track return on investment.

- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing issues and ensuring a positive user experience.

- Identify training needs for IT staff and organize professional development opportunities.

- Keep the team updated on the latest technologies and industry best practices.

- Develop and maintain plans for disaster recovery and business continuity.

- Ensure systems and data are backed up regularly and can be quickly restored in the event of a disruption.

- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and align technology solutions with business objectives.

- Prepare and present regular reports on IT performance, projects, and key metrics to senior management.
