Manager - Information Technology

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology required

- Minimum 10 years of IT experience including IT leadership and staff management experience in areas of responsibility and in similar roles with a comparably sized or larger company preferably from Renewable Energy, EPC or Manufacturing sector

Develop, implement, and enforce infrastructure governance, standards and procedures

- Review and update infrastructure operations standards, policies and procedures

- Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to ensure proper deployment and monitoring of policies

- Drive compliance to deliver reliable and available infrastructure with focus on continuous improvement

- Basic Manufacturing Knowledge & Mission critical support 24X7 experience

- Proven ability to partner with the business and IT to set and execute infrastructure strategy

- Experience in assessing, negotiating, outsourcing IT operations contracts

- Understanding of ITIL and processes and framework preferred
