1. Define an accurate Standard Operating Procedure for the painting process.
2. Inform and train the service partners for SOP adherence.
3. Schedule, coordinate and regulate painter trainings.
4. Creating marketing plan for lead generation
a. Coordination with creative agency
b. Coordination with internal digital marketing team
5. Coordination with stake holders for backend operations.
6. Reconciliation with service partners on monthly basis.
7. Managing the services of the Call center.
8. Supervision for SOP adherence.
9. Scale up planning with HOD.
10. Asset management.
