- Responsible for business planning, sales forecasting and assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities
- Regional business strategy planning and implementation of the same.
- Preparing Annual Sales Plan & Spending Budget Plan (brand/market wise) and conducting Area -wise review.
- Preparing Quarterly plans, Monthly reports & Market Share Trackers for all months.
- Identifying Prospective markets, mapping their requirements and designing plans for new business development.
- Responsible for launching and establishing all the New Product Range.
- Accountable for designing and rolling out various promotional activities for various categories in coordination with the Sales Team.
- Achieve distribution objectives by maximizing brand availability, product visibility and freshness in the most cost effective manner.
