It is a technology and analytics driven Indian Ethnic wear company based out of New Delhi. We manufacture and retail products using indigenous crafts, mainly hand block printing and hand embroidery. We work directly with Indian artisans and create proprietary prints and designs. We work towards safeguarding indigenous crafts in the wake of international products and competition. Roles & Responsibilities :
1. The IR Manager will be responsible for handling all the non- corporate employees at company. She/he will be responsible for their entire operations - from hire to retire
2. Responsible for all statutory compliances in the organization (Application of licenses, renewal of licenses, filing of returns). This person shall front end with all statutory/ labour inspections
3. The person should have complete understanding of the employee pulse.
4. Manpower Planning and Recruitment Strategy and execution. This person will be responsible for undertaking workforce planning studies and hiring people across all non corporate functions (all levels)
5. Compensation bench marking for non corporate teams. The in cumbent shall propose compensation structures, perks, benefits, incentives and increments for the workforce
6. Create the skill matrix and skill assessment guidelines for the workforce. This person partners the leaders on identification of training needs, create training calendars, execute/ensure executing at the ground level
7. Draft HR Policies/guidelines/formats applicable for the workforce
8. Address grievances of employees
9. Advice to the management regarding all issues related to the workforce
10. Performance Assessment for workforce (Design and execution)
11. All disciplinary issues/ absconding/termination cases, if any would be handled by this individual. This person will action behalf of 0the company with respect to employee matters/ litigation if any
