Looking for a Hr Manager with IR experience.

- 7 to 14 yrs experienced HR manager with experience in both plant and corporate

- Proficient in IR - Labour laws, settlements, external stakeholder management

- Passionate about being part of setting up/creating something new

- Analytical thinker who gets into details

Purpose: To lead HR in the factory with the objective of driving:

- Harmonious IR

- Productivity

- Quality

- Cost Consciousness

- Safety

Candidates with IR experience only need to apply.

Age Limit is 40 years.

Preferred Educational Qualification required :

- Premium B schools ; TISS, XL, SCMHRD, SIBM and MDI.

- XISS/similar - 10 years- experience ideally in FMCG
