Our client is a leading conglomerate with and known for their world-class manufacturing facilities. Currently looking for Manager - HR & IR with following KRAs but not limited to:
Effectively handle Industrial Relations issues and Contract Labour management challenges.
Handle Unions, liaise with employees to maintain the overall amicable relationship and run the operations smoothly.
Manage Statutory Compliance in line with various applicable Labour Laws and Coordinate with Government Bodies as required.
Exp: 6+ Years

Job Description:
- Strong experience in statutory compliance.
- Strong experience in handling legal-related activities
- Strong experience in handling union-related activities
- Knowledge of various applicable labor laws
- Labour law compliances, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, union handling,
- Understanding of court matters, liaising with government officials/labor authorities, contract labor management, team management
- To ensure a harmonious relationship with the employees and workers, etc. and the Organization.
- To be proactive in assessing and advising potential problems.
- Working towards the development of a culture based on the ethos of the Organization
- Impact of various local sensitivities / demographics / dynamics on the smooth functioning of the Plant
