- Good knowledge and experience of ensuring Harmonious industrial relations, knowledge of Industrial Disputes Act & Provisions thereof including Long Term Wage negotiations and handling of Industrial Disputes.
- Implementing various compensation plans, salary structures, Incentive Schemes etc.
- Supervision & control of all statutory records relating to ESI/PF/ Gratuity/Leave Procedures/factory act records/ legal compliance under Factories Act.etc.
- Ensure periodical returns to Govt. as per Labour Laws and keeping of all relevant records.
- Ensure effective Grievances handling system.
- Ensuring effective rendering of services like Canteen, Housekeeping, Security, Horticulture, Travel/Transportation etc.
- Ensure Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) of office equipment & hire agreements for company leased accommodation.(if required).
- Organizing employee welfare activities as per company policies
- Legal compliances on various administrative Legislations like water & Air Pollution Act, Building plans approval from HSIDC/DTP, Genset Approvals, etc.
- Overseeing manpower planning, audit, recruitment & induction of new employees.
- Identification of Training Needs.
- Preparation of Monthly and Yearly training Calendar.
- Feedback and Evaluation of Training Program
- Skill Matrix and competency mapping.
- Organize Induction Training Program for New Joiners
