Manager - IR and Plant HR
- Will be responsible for managing end to end plant IR activities.
- Should have handled Unions.
- Should have experience into managing lockouts/strikes.
- Should have handled long term agreement with unions.
- This role is 70 % in Industrial Relation & 30 % in HR.
- Will be responsible for plant statutory compliances.
- Maintain good relations with Regulatory bodies in terms of Factories, Labour and others departments
- Labour laws compliance under various enactments applicable to the factory which includes monthly/ quarterly/ annual.
