Your main responsibilities will include: - The role is of Industrial Relations Manager who would have a good understanding of dealing with all Government offices, labour offices and ensures that we are 100% compliant on all aspects related to Factories and Labour Laws. - Experience in handling IR aspects across the country. - Legal and court representation experience is important. - Managing relationships with unions &amp; ensuring that the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives. - Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures, and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders. - Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner. Key Requirements : - Prior experience in industrial relations - Strong experience in dealing with unions - Strong knowledge of HR policies &amp; procedures - In-depth knowledge of employment Law - Strong problem solving, negotiation &amp; influencing skills
