Experience : 12 -15 Years In Admin & IR Functions

Who Reports To Position : 1. Admin & IR Team Members
Key Responsibilities :
IR & Statutory Compliances
- Effective in handling Union Management relations & conversant with wage settlement, wage negotiations and bipartite / tripartite settlements.
- Maintain Harmonious Relation between Employee and Management.
- Ensure the 100% legal compliances (Permission Renewal, Challans, Returns, and Registers etc) under the Factories Act and Labor legislation.
- Prepare bilateral agreements.
- Disciplinary Actions against defaulter employees - Domestic Inquiry, Warning Letters, Standing Orders, IR supportive worker policy, Labour Court cases.
- Coordination with Advocate and Legal Advisor for IR dispute settlement in Office of Deputy Labour Commissioner and Labour Courts.
Welfare activities :
- Canteen Management, Quality Monitoring & Continual Improvement.
- Transport Management, Finalization of Welfare items - Shoes, Uniform, Jacket etc.
- Handling Medical Insurance Hospitalization & Personal accident
- Pre & Post Employment Health Check Up of Employees.
Payroll Management :
- Ensure the time management system
- Ensure the discipline as per - Office timings- and - Late coming & early going- policies and take corrective measures, if the same is not being followed.
- Ensure time payroll processing.
Policy Management :
- Maintain and timely review the existing Policies
- Design and Implement new Policies and rules on the basis of 'Transparency and Equality concept.
Budget :
- Coordinate the Overall Budget (Zero Base) activity
- Prepare and control the Yearly budget for the Deptt
