We are Looking for 5 to 10 years of work experience in Textile Garment Industry

Qualification: B.E(Textile /Industrial Engineering)

Location: Pollachi

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Line Planning with operation breakdown and setting of lines.

- Develop and implement lean processes to improve manufacturing efficiency and improve the productivity.

- Reduce operating cost.

- Product Analysis and Costing.

- Method Uniformity and Operation Simplification at Sample stage.

- Conduct Risk Analysis Meeting with Technical Team for difficult and new styles.

- Introducing New Machinery/methods and Attachment to reduce Operational cost.

- Training and Skill Development activities for staff & workers.

- Work Place Engineering & Method Improvement - development of folders/attachments
