We are looking or MBAs from premier B Schools (2012-2015 batches only). Main Responsibilities 1. Efficiency strategy for filling and packaging lines 2. Efficiency strategies for product manufacture 3. Medium and long-term capacity analysis - Establishment and implementation of a rolling 3-5 year capacity analysis for the different product categories .Early identification of capacity bottlenecks and proposal of necessary measures in close coordination with the global functions Planning, Engineering and Allocation 4. Establishment of long-term investment plans for the production sites - Identification of medium-term (3-5 years) investment requirements for filling, packaging and manufacturing, based on capacity requirements, diversification and substitution requirements of existing and identified rationalization potentials in close coordination with global engineering and investment portfolio Central Resourcing Team People Connection
