Responsibility:

- GST Impact Analysis

- Review of the agreements/ contracts and providing comments on the proposed GST implications

- Analysis of present structure, present indirect tax positions adopted, providing high level comments on impact of GST on proposed transactions

- Service Tax Compliance

- Service Tax Advisory

- Excellent understanding of Indirect Taxation portfolio.
