Manager - Indirect Taxation - CA - Online Furniture

We are having an immediate requirement for Manager Indirect Taxation in Bangalore for a leading furniture company.

Role:Manager Indirect Taxation

Education:CA

Experience:5-7+ years(only from Big Four Consulting firm)

CTC:20L--23L PA

Location:Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling of Indirect Tax matters (including but not limited to) Service Tax, Central Excise, VAT &Sales Tax and Customs

- Responsible for handling organisation wide indirect tax and implement GST once its notified.

- Ensuring all statutory compliances on time with accuracy of data related to (VAT / Sales Tax / Central Excise/Service Tax/ Customs)

- Dealing with consultants and tax authorities for assessments and its dispute resolutions.

- Supervising Monthly / Quarterly Payment of VAT / CST and Entry Tax of all locations across India

Primary Skills and Functional Experience:

- Chartered accountant with 5-7 years of total experience of which atleast 3 years should be in Taxation (primarily Indirect)

- Strong problem solving skills

- Ability to drive and implement structured solutions

- Comfort with ambiguity

- Candidate will be required to travel to location for official work.

- Ability to quickly identify and prioritize right issue areas

- Strong people skills; High EQ to be able to drive change at scale
