- Ensuring all Indirect Tax compliances in the Group - Knowledge update to indirect tax and finance team across the Group - Active coordination with the Indirect Tax consultants - Monthly meeting of Indirect Tax Team - Ensure that GST audits are completed well in time in the Group - Lead the readiness of the system in case of changes required as per the law - Active coordination with statutory auditors and internal auditors for indirect taxes - Legally minimize tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations - Establish appropriate system or processes for tax risk management for the Group - Act as the key point of contact and support for our taxation matters - Liaise with tax authorities - Development of the team - Assess the various incentives and subsidies available to the Group - Active interaction with consultants and auditors on various incentives available - Prepare and monitor the tracker on subsidies and incentives - Proactively escalates the concerns in getting the subsidies and incentives - Active coordination with respective units and business teams to get the updates on the status of incentives and subsidies - Ensure that no incentives and subsidies are taken using the wrong means or which are not legally available Job location - Manesar (Near to Gurgaon) 6 days working ctc - 15 lpa to 18 lpa
