1. 8+ years' experience in Procurement operations 2. Significant experience in leading large delivery teams in a Global Environment. Ensure stabilization of transitioned procurement processes 3. Deep function, process, transformation and project management knowledge and experience, high attention to detail. Deep knowledge of procurement technology 4. Change management and communication experience, with multi-functional team management/ collaboration experience 5. Quick to identify risks and collaborate with necessary parties to develop risk mitigation plans 6. An understanding of shared services/ COE operating models. 7. Working knowledge of leading practices in shared services. Key Responsibilities : 1. Will be responsible for leading and owning the Procurement operations. 2. Lead the transactional procurement teams and is responsible for delivering best in class service delivery 3. Ensure compliance to organization's policy and procedures in the operation of business functions 4. Periodically participate in Governance meetings with the various stakeholders to review current processes and align them with the Global strategy 5. Provide thought leadership for successful transactional procurement activity process set up and manage operations for noiseless transition and integrating seamless to the Delivery Centre 6. Will be responsible to review, design and implement global standardized processes and the associated metrics required to identify performance issues/efficiency opportunities 7. Will work with the Transformation Lead to establish a strong Management Information process.
