Manager - India Strategies
- Assist in developing strategy, near term (1 year) and long term (5 year) plans for the India Affiliate
- Steer high-priority projects critical to business growth and development end-to-end with cross-functional project teams (e.g., margin optimization, sales acceleration); will require working closely with Country Head, Senior Management team and cross-functional teams to drive requisite change and generate tangible impact for the projects
- Drive strategic partnerships with other Affiliates and/or external partners to drive growth and capability building
- Support in creation of business plans for all new product / product lines and new ventures
- Continue to identify margin improvement initiatives across the organisation, including but not limited to, design to value current portfolio offerings
- Assist in and steer Country Head/General Manager's India Affiliate performance review, including compilation and analysis of requisite sales, margin, talent and execution metrics
- Ensure timely reporting of critical business updates to region and division working with business unit and functional heads, as needed
- Manage and support in preparation for global leadership visits
- Compile industry trends, market size, competition overview as required to facilitate strategic and operating decisions
- Other management projects and initiatives, as may be needed from time to time
