Manager - India Operations & Maintenance Planning - Wind Energy Firm

Our client is one of the leading Wind Energy MNC with 4000cr worth projects in progress and is looking for Manager-India Operations and Maintenance Planning position based out of Maharashtra.

Reporting into the Head of Servicing, you will be responsible for:

- Monthly & yearly planning: manpower, sub-contractor, crane and crane less services, parts for scheduled & unscheduled service with complete cost and as per customer requirements & Contract guidelines.

- Alternative cost effective methods, work out minimum manpower / direct and indirect head counts.

- Safety requirement analysis, HSE plan & safety gear planning.

- Working basic service SOP along with technical support team etc.

- Central Planning of the Commissioned WTGs in terms of productivity/ preventive or scheduled maintenance etc.

- Liaising with operations lead and project site heads and take inputs on the resources availability and put them in the SAP R3 systems.

Ideally you an Engineer and a MBA (desirable) with at least 10 years of experience in Operations and Maintenance Planning in Wind industry. You should have excellent knowledge of SAP R3 and MS Office tools. You should be open to travel across the renewable energy sites pan India. You should have a self-driven attitude and should have demonstrated excellent track record in the earlier stints.
