SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Manager II - Digital Projects is responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various global digital projects - including site launches, online tools, applications and campaigns across OSEA markets. The Project manager should be able to manage and deliver our projects' digital lifecycle within quality, timebnand budget requirements.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide end-to-end project management of various global digital marketing projects for seamless rollout into markets (few of the projects are as listed below)

- This includes internal tools & applications such as Customer Data Platform tools (CI360), Social Media tools (Emplifi), Analytics Tools (GA4), SEO Tools (SEMRush), Amazon Tools (Pi Wheel, SKAI), Commerce tools (Bambuser), JBP with digital media agencies etc .

- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects.

- Be the key SPOC for Social Media insights & analytics across social channels.

- Champion the rollout of GA4 in the region - Drive audience insights, best practices and insights to aid paid media campaigns for the markets.

- Champion the SEO process in the region - Drive traffic and revenue from organic channels.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

- Proven work experience as a Digital project manager

- Excellent knowledge of Digital Marketing, 3PP Marketing, Social Media, SEO and Google Analytics

- Hands on experience with project management software, like Mondays.com, MS Project etc

- Familiarity with Content Management systems and HTML/CSS

- Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, Communication skills, team player, digital first thought leadership

- Strong project management skill. Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into specific Digital Marketing requirements

- Strong team player who can interact with multiple groups to gather information and manage internal and external stakeholders effectively

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation skills and ability to influence and motivate others

- Good organizational, prioritizing, project management and time-management skills

- Good analytical skills, strong data management skills and business acumens

- A confident self-starter with strong analytical mind and attention to detail

- Excellent written and spoken English
