- Must have solid experience in acquiring IFA Channel partners and driving business through them for Investment.
- Education and motivation channel partners on Investment products.
- Strong knowledge of mutual funds and/or experience in the IFA industry is a must
- Ability to drive business development activities, build partnerships, and achieve revenue goals
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Adept at multitasking, managing competing priorities, and deadlines
- Expertise in leading a team of professionals and driving performance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Previous experience in a Fintech startup environment is a plus
Educational Qualifications :
- Post graduate, preferably MBA
- CFP will be preferred
Experience Profile : 5-12 years' work experience in Fintech, P2P, Mutual Fund industry
