Manager - Identity Access Management - Big4

We have an urgent opening for Manager-Identity Access Management (IAM) with one of the BIG 4 for Gurgaon location.

Job purpose:

- Consultant in the Risk Advisory team to work on various Cyber Security - Identity Access Management projects for our customers across the globe.

- An important part of your role will be to deliver high quality work products as per firm's guidelines. You will need to actively establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with other team members. You'll need to report any identified risks within engagements and share any issues and updates with senior members of the team.

Required Skills:

- Completed the Sailpoint implementer Training

- Hands-on Development experience on Provisioning Workflows, triggers, Rules and customizing the tool as per the requirements

- Hands-on experience on Sailpoint Migration projects

- Hands-on User Access Certification development and testing experience is a bonus

- Performed System Integration testing

- Basic Core Java

- Use case design, Solution Requirements Specification and mapping business requirements to technical requirements (Traceability Matrix)

- Architecture Design (optimising the resources made available - servers and load sharing etc.)

- Involvement in a successful Pursuit of a potential Sailpoint client by being part of the RFP response team

- Hands on Custom connector development experience is a bonus

- Hands on experience on Integration with other IAM tools like ITIM

- Test case creation for Identified use cases

- End to End Implementation Delivery. At least been part of one engagement throughout its lifecycle

- Scalable Solution Design and best coding practices

- Performed current state assessment for a client
