Manager - Hyperion Financial Management

The role is of a Hyperion Financial Management (HFM 11.1) expert and the person would be responsible for HFM Change Management and would participate as an effective team member on implementation of BAU changes to production application.

- Acquire end to end system data flow, application configuration, reporting requirements and Change requests.

- Evidencing a proactive approach – it is fundamental for this role that all stakeholders are kept informed of the progress of issues raised towards resolution.

- Create controls that ensure there is no delay/miss on team’s key deliverables.

- Ability to Interact and build rapport with customers/key users

- Provide additional support on ad hoc activities (quarter ends)

- Focusing on the delivery of an excellent support function and surpassing user expectations

- Self-driven and able to lead a large team.

- Should be able to effectively Manage/Direct Work for AMO and Finance Executives

- Person would be responsible for End to End admin activities.

- Taking personal responsibility for developing team’s knowledge/skills on HFM application and latest changes.

- Provide trainings and updates to team on latest changes on application.

- Building and maintenance of data entry forms

- Conduct performance monitoring and contingency test

- Coordinate with IT on version upgrades and patch installations

- Scheduled preliminary activities before reporting period starts

- Coordinate with Internal and external auditors to comply on groups policies.

- At least 8 Years of total experience, out of which 4+ years of Oracle HFM support and Development experience

- Experience of working in a customer facing / user support environment

- Prior experience of working on financial management systems and in particular experience of the

- Oracle HFM EPM Fusion Edition support /Implementation / HFM rule scripting will be an added advantage:

- Ability to bring analytical rigor, structure and solution to problematic areas

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Prior Experience in Handling teams
