Manager - Hyperion Financial Management (4-12 yrs)

Opening with the client in Pune which is a fortune 100 company.

- Fulltime Bachelor/ Master's degree in Finance/ Accounting / Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant

- Should have 4 - 12 years experience in RTR (different Grades)

- Good experience in knowledge of accounts across Trial balance/ Mapping/grouping in HFM

- Excellent hands on experience on end to end HFM mapping/reporting

- Expert in MS Excel

- Must have Global transition experience.

- Must have worked on HFM/Hyperion tools

- Must have done consolidation apart from reporting on HFM

HFM Close :


Responsible for the timely and accurate performance of the General Ledger & HFM/FDM process. To execute the operations of the Record to Report on a daily/monthly basis & upload ERP numbers in HFM/FDM & timely/accurately clear validation & Certify /Promote the HFM, so the IBC operational excellence and customer service objectives are realized within the given guidelines and policies

- 100% ownership of end to end FDM/HFM numbers upload, clear validations/error & Certify/ Promote the same

- Ensure various analysis in HFM & provide explanation on material deviations

- Knowledge/expertise of end to end HFM account Mapping

- Ensure no gap between ERP vs HFM

- Knowledge of intersections used in HFM

Fulltime Bachelor/ Master's degree in Finance/ Accounting / Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant

- Must have 4 - 12 years experience in RTR (total 4 role at 4 different grades)

- Good experience in knowledge of accounts across Trial balance/ Mapping/grouping in HFM

- Knowledge of FDM/BCS process preferred

- Excellent hands on experience on end to end HFM mapping/reporting

- Expert in MS Excel

- Excellent in stakeholder management

- Must have Global transition experience
