Manager - Human Resources - Telecom

- Handle a generalist HR role with key focus on managing recruitment's through a mix of hiring channel as per budgeted plan.

- Will be managing Mid to Senior mandates in various functions, engage with key stakeholders in the organization, optimally utilize vendors/their services.

- Will be responsible for TAT management.

- Manage employee discussions for promotions, grievances, engagement.

- MBA HR with hands on experience on managing senior positions, smart/extremely good interpersonal skills required.
