Manager- HR (Talent Acquisition+ PMS + Success Factor)
Essential Job Functions :
- Provides service delivery and support in recruitment and employee reassignment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development, training, and special projects to fully leverage human capital.
- Assists in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee booklets, communications, and/or meetings.
- Prepares reports in conformance with legislated requirements or organizational needs to provide appropriate parties with necessary human resources information.
- Acts as a liaison between employees and the organization by interpreting personnel policies and procedures and resolving employee concerns. Processes necessary documents for new hires, benefits enrollment, terminations, etc.
- Works with business units to ensure receipt of information. Enters and maintains employee information in HRIS systems to ensure that employee documentation is current.
- Researches and consolidates information required for analysis of human resources operations.
- Provides strategic and/or operational consultation on and coordination of core human resources functions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor's/PG degree or and experience in human resources, or related field preferred
- Five or Eight years of human resources experience
- Experience working with human resources principles, practices and procedures
- Experience working with human resources information systems (HRIS)
