Manager HR TA only Female Tier 1 Collage
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for the positions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth plans.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles for various roles within the company.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and professional associations, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other talent acquisition partners.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for all positions.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, phone interviews, competency based interviews, and reference checks.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively sourcing and engaging with potential candidates for critical futuristic positions.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and techniques to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the talent acquisition process.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative talent acquisition strategies to continuously improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice in the auto components manufacturing industry.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activities to bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.
- Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast future HR trends and outcomes
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present HR analytics findings to stakeholders, including HR leaders, department heads, and senior management
