Our client is an Indian brand that competes with global giants in the space of smartphone accessories such as smart watches, wireless earbuds, bluetooth earphone, headphones, speakers and accessories for young Indian consumers.

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Gurgaon, our client makes the latest personal technology accessories available and affordable.

They have been listed as best selling brand on Amazon and Flipkart for four years in a row and in 2019, they were the biggest Indian seller of wireless earphones in the country. Also, among the top 5 brands selling wireless earphones in India, they were the only Indian brand.

As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for understanding our company's requirement at every step, maintaining a balanced scorecard, overseeing all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes, ensuring proper implementation of company strategy and objective and carrying out all the responsibilities in an efficient manner.

What you will do:

- Designing the hiring process, and implementing best practices to ensure optimal results

- Working closely with team leads to understand hiring requirements, and deciding the best approach & strategy for each hire

- Catering to all recruitment requirements of the assigned verticals and smooth closing of hiring process within TAT & optimized source mix

- Being the face of the company and the first point of contact for all potential candidates and ensuring a great candidate experience

- Working closely with management, planning strategies for recruitment , end-to-end hiring process and organizational manpower

- Building a fun yet high-efficiency work environment and culture

- Building out the HR team and function, as the organization scales

- Partnering with the Functional Heads to ensure that there is always have a 'people first approach' to talent management while driving the business outcomes

- Being an employee advocate and leveraging every opportunity to know & connect with employees and leveraging the knowledge to create a fantastic employee experience and shaping the culture in the team

- Being responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle of the respective functions

- Planning, developing, and following up on the engagement plan, events, and team building

- Managing vendors for planning leadership hiring, recruitment drives and specialized recruitment process

- Preparing, managing and delivering various reports, analysis and dashboards on a periodic basis

- Working on various HR projects which are of high impact and creating high value to the organization

- Fostering an employee oriented company culture which focuses on quality, high performance and creating value

- Creating and implementing a strong performance management and ensuring a thorough follow up

- Maintaining an up-to-date file record of employees

- Informing employees about policies and procedures of the company

- Being go to person for initial queries from staff regarding policies and procedures of the organization

- Monitoring and advicing on disciplinary and grievance matters which in accordance with the company's policies and procedure

Desired Candidate Profile :

What you need to have:

- MBA in HR

- 5-7 years relevant work experience in HR

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to effectively represent the company- Specifically looking for candidates having strong recruitment background

- Ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves"

- A strong solutions focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions

- Strong management skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - results oriented

- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

- A familiarity across all the functions of HR
