Job Description:

- The HR team (part of the Corporate Functions team) focuses on managing our colleagues' lifecycles. It includes Onboarding, Talent Management, Performance Development, Learning Interventions and Exit Management activities while providing on-ground support and driving COE initiatives for Engagement, Reward & Recognition, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity and upholding the core values and culture of the firm.

- The position in discussion is with the Total Rewards team at KGS. The team drives and supports the Rewards and Benefits Strategy and Philosophy across all entities and business units of KGS.

Responsibilities:

The position holder will be responsible for:

- Managing various HR Shared Services (HRSS) workstreams, lead strategic projects and drive efficiencies across the colleague lifecycle while building a strong customer centric, collaborative culture with a focus on continuous improvement

- Building and managing a colleague support helpdesk

- Leading various internal and external audits for the HR function, interfacing with auditors and HR process owners

- Managing events across a colleague's life cycle, policy and process implementations, payroll inputs, ER regulations & implementations, governing HR Systems, PF, ESIC & other statutory compliance obligations, and HR documentation

- Responsible for coaching, mentoring and development of the HRSS team members. Also, identifying and enabling training related to Technical, Industry, Professional and Leadership competencies for these professionals

- Be the team leader/coach for the assigned team members and own the overall performance coaching responsibilities for the team

- Always ensure regular, proactive and transparent communication with the stakeholders regarding business as usual activities, system issues, team updates, training schedules, etc.

- Responsible for the end to end process delivery of all HRSS Core processes

Qualifications:

Educational qualifications : Postgraduate (Preferably HR)

Work experience :

- Overall 10+ years of work experience

- 5+ years of experience in team management
