HR Manager SAP Success Factor
- 6-8 years' experience
- A very good HR Business Process understanding, especially on Recruitment, and Talent Management (Career/Succession Planning, Performance Management, Learning)
- Experience of implementation or extensive usage of HRIS, Digital tools in HR.
- Good spoken and written English skills.
- Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Detail orientated, flexible, problem solver, and good probing skills.
- Able to navigate around uncertainty, ambiguity, risk taking.
- Should be open to work in multiple time zones.
- Experience of having worked on SAP-Success Factor will be an advantage.
