Position Summary: The Manager, HR - Talent Acquisition will play a crucial role in attracting and acquiring top talent for both our retail stores and corporate offices in Mumbai. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The role involves collaboration with hiring managers, understanding business needs, and driving initiatives to enhance the overall recruitment function.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.

- Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

Sourcing and Candidate Engagement:

- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract qualified candidates.

-Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and engagement.

Selection and Assessment:

- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skill evaluations.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and constructive feedback.

Collaboration and Relationship Management:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental requirements and cultivate strong working relationships.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals.

Employer Branding:

- Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

Process Improvement:

- Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate innovative approaches into the talent acquisition process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role within the retail industry.

- Strong understanding of recruitment trends, tools, and technologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Familiarity with applicable employment laws and regulations.
