Founded in 2019, our client is the worlds first regional dialect based OTT platform in India. From poetry to movies and motivational content, almost every form of entertainment package is available here. This app is available on mobile(android and iOS), tv, web and tablets. Currently it has over 225K subscribers, adding 25K subscribers each month.

Founded by a team with rich experience, this shark-tank funded startup has raised a total of $9.7M in funding.

- As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for building and owning people-centric policies that foster a great environment to work and highest productivity.

What you will do:

- Communicating the values and culture to everyone across the company

- Removing all kinds of communication gaps related to company policies

- Anticipating, identifying, attracting and hiring for all open profiles, within a given timeframe

- Maintaining a healthy pipeline across all profiles in the company, open or not, to ensure availability of a great pool of candidates as backup as well as for new hires

- Owning end-to-end lifecycle of an employee including onboarding, orientation, periodic one-on-one feedback sessions, timely performance reviews, appraisals and smooth exit

- Ensuring all HR related compliance including payroll, labour laws, health, safety and all state/ center govt policies

- Knowing the pulse of the organization at all times

- Being the peoples person in the company

- Building the employer branding of the company to attract the best talent

What you need to have:

- 5+ years of experience in hiring, human resource management or consulting experience with human resource management

- Excellent people skills including conflict resolution, ability to listen, understand and articulate people's problems

- Growth and ownership mindset

- Ability to extract, analyze and communicate data

- Knowledge of all laws and compliances related to human resources in a company

- Outstanding written and spoken communication skills in English

- Excellent social media skills

- Experience working in a startup environment, or on ambitious zero-to-one projects in established organizations

- Experience in planning and executing end-to-end projects

- Ex-founder is a big plus
