Hiring technology:
- End to end technology solutions for hiring, Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
- On-going enhancements in Application Tracking System (ATS), Candidate Portal to streamline the hiring process
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases, assist in deployment of new ATS, data migration and communication with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT team for smooth implementation by raising BRS and UAT testing
Digital hiring initiatives:
- Optimize alternate sources for hiring using social media platforms, job boards, etc.
- Design and develop processes to shortlist and select profiles using minimum human intervention
- Track conversions and closures through MIS
- Improve funnel by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting solutions
Recruitment campaigns:
- In-depth knowledge & understanding of employee recruiting process, Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)
- Launch initiatives like Digital recruitment campaigns. Recruitment Consultant schemes, Talent Hunt campaigns as per business requirements.Create an engagement model to improve Recruitment Consultants performance
Campus engagement:
- Identify retention and performance trends across campus tiers, functions to develop campus hiring strategy
- Engage with campuses for placements and guest sessions
- Design onboarding program for tiered campus joiners
Audit and reporting:
- Modifications in policies and practices as highlighted by stakeholders - Governance, Audit, Compliance, etc.
- Review existing TA policies and practices (Talent Hunt, IJP, Campus Tiering) to meet current business needs.
Budget and provision:
- Prepare budget for TA and track monthly expenses to ensure adherence to stipulated budget
- Submit monthly provisions for TA & L&D
Vendor management:
- Design & analyse consultant engagement & productivity enhancement program
- Empanelment of Consultant/RPO/ Vendor & management of training partners on an ongoing basis
Candidate Profile:
- MBA in Human Resources from a Tiered campus
- 1-3 years of experience as TA Manager or Regional/Corporate HR
- Proficient with excel & PPT skills
