Tasks & Activities

1. Talent acquisition

Strategize,screen,hire and onboard skilled candidates from various mediums. Plan the individual growth plan alongwith L&D division to constantly create a learning and growth curve for all the employees. Analyze the employee attrition and plan for employee retention

2. Performance management

Create and implement a performance management system with stakeholders.

3. Employee Engagement

Introduce new culture, ethics and value system, program to build morale and increase productivity and retention

4. Conflict Resolution

Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances like investigating misconduct, pilferage, sexual harassment cases and emphasize on employee connect

5. HR Operations

Manage entire employee lifecycle -Create seamless onboarding, conduct exit interview, review statutory compliances, implement new HRMS system for attendance, payroll and update employee documents.
