- Managing IR with workers
- Managing end-to-end compliances of the company including the plants and all updated compliances
- Liaisoning with relevant Govt Authorities, local bodies, Panchayat, Press etc
- Managing the contractual staff alignment with various contractors including apprentice management as well as their compliances
- Managing time office and adherence to various HR policies
- Administering target linked incentive schemes and productivity enhancement schemes such as suggestions and ideas scheme
- Training of workmen from training needs identification to execution of trainings to production results improvement with a skill level enhancement approach
- Managing engagement activities for the workmen and staff
- Managing CSR activities for the plant
- Partnering with production heads to drive manpower optimization and production performance improvement
- Monitoring HR Budget
