1. HR Strategy:

a) To align the development of HR strategy with unit HR leads which are universally beneficial for the company

b) To execute and facilitate the execution of the Global aspects of the HR strategy along with the leadership

c) Contribute to developing and implementing an internal communication plan to support alignment of the organization with the business goals.

2. HRM Organization and HRM processes:

a) To support the leadership in implementation and management of global HRM organization and working processes and systems.

b) Contribute to developing and implementing the Global HR policy. Support Unit HR in the implementation of the HR policy, plan, structures, systems & instruments, in line with the applicable laws and the company's norms.

c) Design and Implement frameworks, capabilities and competency models, training management systems etc. to define benchmarks for the HR function

d) Own and ensure an exchange platform for the HR function for monthly discussions, meetings and implementation of organization wide initiatives.

e) Ensure compliance with HR processes, requirements and policies as per Company's HR requirements

3. Organization Design and Development

a) Work with the HR unit HR leads to implement such programs, measure results and report them to key stakeholders

b) Support the assessment of organizational needs along with the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of team members, including executives, emerging leaders and Top and high potentials

c) Develop, integrate and improve management tools/programs (e.g., competency models, feedback tools, surveys, etc.) for performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement

4. Leadership Development

a) Consult with and support concerned members on Leadership Development initiatives for their MTs, senior teams, and identified Top and High Potentials.

b) Integrating Value propositions for Top & High Potentials focusing on building experience, exposure and learning.

c) Design and implement objective evaluation Instruments for Leadership Assessment and

Calibration of Talent

5. Talent Management

a) To support partners in the development of next generation of talent for the company.

b) Support in driving Succession Planning process and discussions with all BUs and Global Functions to identify Top and High Potentials c

Design and implement Value Propositions for Potentials for the personal development, growth and fitment in apt roles.

d) Timely analysis and reporting on Staffing, to ensure proactive management of staff requirements and concerns.

e) Streamline the Performance Management System, ensuring best talent practices are followed across units

f) Introduction of Rewards and Retention programs to retain our best talents across all units, to ensure they are motivated to continue to build their career.

6. Building a Unique One Corporate Culture

a) Drive and implement the Oneness program with a common set of values and aspirations so as to ensure that the company is aligned towards achieving their global business strategy

b) Ensure a successful Oneness program along with the Culture themes and personalize them to grass root levels by involving employees, sharing their stories, inviting and rewarding ideas and suggestions.

7. Employee Engagement

a) Lead Employee Engagement Ensuring professional employee engagement measurement annually with identified partners.

d) Lead and ensure creation and execution of actions plans at a global level and at local unit levels

c) Ensuring regular review and implementation of action plans via regular monitoring mechanisms such as discussion in the meetings of company.

8. Rewards and Retention

a) Introducing Rewards and Recognition schemes for rewarding high performing employees and acknowledging contribution of company's talent.

b) Leading execution and implementation of the R&R program to ensure fair and timely decisions, rewards and incentives.

9. Globally aligned policies and practices

a) Develop, implement and maintain appropriate global policies aligned with business needs.
