Qualification and Experience :
- Graduate with Post Graduation in HRM with around 10-15 years experience with key focus in recruitment and selection process preferably in engineering project companies in oil and gas sector.
- Must have dealt with recruitment at Senior level positions as part of succession planning to critical positions
- Experience in inter/intranet sourcing and advertising, international staffing, vendor management, internal referrals, regulatory reporting and campus recruitment.
- Experience working in a multi-location, multi-national environment is preferred.

- Sound recruiting skills, knowledge of various recruiting methods and channels . Ability to handle all types of recruitment activities effectively and efficiently.
- Exposure to and strength in process and system driven approach.
- Able to interact with all levels of Management and external providers
- Flexible and willing to travel and works well under pressure
- Passion for people and recruitment and a demonstrated commitment to the customer service.
- Self-motivated, great attention to detail, goal oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage changing workloads and to network provide support recruitment team across region; good team developer and player.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office
- Strong Organizational, Analytical skills sufficient to prioritize work for timely and accurate completion with good communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
Major responsibilities :
- Prepare a list of leadership profiles, assess their successors (internal/external) and plan recruitment actions for critical positions.
- Provide support to the line managers in identifying staffing needs and solutions.
- Advise the most appropriate recruitment channel such as job portals, recruitment agencies, head-hunters etc. Including staffing through outsourcing manpower solution providers
- Drive the regional implementation of recruitment process and applicant tracking system.
- Regional coordination of specialized recruitment and selection programs to support growth agenda
- Lead innovative sourcing strategies that meet business needs.
- Maintain database and relationships with preferred regional recruitment channels
- Develop university, community colleges or trade schools recruitment strategy.
- Partner with Country Recruitment Coordinators for resourcing for the company's growth projects
- To participate actively in the implementation of a strong Internal Referral Program, the best use of Website and Ad Postings, the improvement of On-Boarding Processes, as well as the development company database.
- To contribute to successfully the full life cycle of the recruitment process: job description design, candidate-profiling, screening and selection including profile reports etc.
- To constantly improve the quality of service delivery by using a customer oriented - out-of-the-box- mindset, focused from a results and deadlines respect
- To take a leading role in identifying, improving and implementing recruitment system and processes
- Responsible for ongoing development in recruitment technology and social networking (linkedin,etc) in order to provide cost effective solutions for the organisation.
- Criteria for Performance Evaluation
- Timely providing suitable CVs for client reference in project contracts
- To monitor recruitment's across region and timely submission of MIS and Reports to the Management
- Monitor and control turnaround time of recruitment cycle
- Follow and deliver against the deadlines
