- Managing the recruitment process end to end
- Training and developing - Determining the learning need as well as plan for fulfilling training gaps.
- Compensation - Developing compensation for retention of talents, devising rewards strategy
- Performance Management and measurements
- Developing SOPs for review of HR policies, procedures, and practices on an ongoing basis
- Onboarding new staff
- Assisting HR-Admin Head for all his functions.
- Proficiency in MS Office e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
