HR Manager ( NGO )


- Work closely with the Leadership team in developing the HR plan for the year and identify key priorities for HR

- Lead and manage end to end recruitment process, including developing the JD for different roles, coordinating with recruitment consultants and sourcing profiles from different sources, coordinating and participating in the interview process, supporting the leaders in making decisions, salary negotiations and offers.

- Implement the HR policies and processes catering to the various stages of the employee life cycle and update the same regularly

- Provide guidance to managers and team leads on implementation of various employee related processes, such as managing time and productivity, leaves, reimbursements, etc

- Undertake regular employee engagement activities. Lead and coordinate all communication forums in the organization to ensure regular communication with all employees

- Plan and manage all the annual HR processes such as implementation of the Performance Management System, increment cycle, goal setting, etc

- Plan and undertake capability development activities, include identification of training needs, coordinating and implementing training and capability building interventions, providing feedback to employees when required

- Ensuring all HR related compliances are complied with in a timely manner

- Maintain up-to date employee records and personnel file

Requirements : MBA HR with 7+ years of experience in end to end HR
