Key Requirements:

- Experience in HR generalist, talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement.

- Demonstrated success in creatively scaling teams within an organization and ensuring seamless processes.

- Strong understanding of Learning & Development, HRBP, Performance Management Systems, and fostering a positive company culture.

- Streamline the HR process.

- 6-10 years of impactful HR experience preferably from NBFC/ Financial Services.
