- Planned human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews
- Managing all the core HR functions like HR strategy, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefit, HRIS, Statutory compliances, Training & Development and OD Interventions
- Statutory requirement and preparing all records of Minimum wages act, Gratuity act, Bonus act and all other statutory compliances.
- System Compliance & audits for HR Department
