- Manage end to end recruitment process and ensuring the adequate talent availability within agreed TAT guidelines for effective Talent Acquisition
- Drive the process of goal setting, reviews and annual appraisals to ensure smooth Performance Management
- Lead the process with a focus on providing actionable insights to managers through action planning, enabling and supporting implementation of identified actions and proactively anticipating and addressing needs of employees resulting in a significant increase in the employee engagement scores YoY.
- Induction : Ensure on-time completion of joining formalities, on-boarding & induction of the new joiners Strategic HRM: Provide effective HR leadership to the business for implementation of HR strategies in-line with business requirements; manage full range of HR services to support the overall business strategy of the company
- Disciplinary Actions & Redressal: Making employees aware of their do's & don'ts?
- Employee Relations: Payroll Management: Resolving all the incentive & salary queries of team and managing documentation of all the payroll records within a given time frame
- Employee Grievances: Connected with organizational employees to assess employee motivation, expectation & grievances to plan for remediation; supported the resolution of escalated Employee Relations (ER) issues- Exit Management.
