Hospital Experienced required
- Develops Organizational Strategies
- Managing and implementing human resources
- Strategies/operations in Recruitment, Selection, Orientation, Training, Coaching, counseling and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, performance appraisal.
- Designing new system in place, accumulating resources, resolving problems, implementing change.
- Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analysing information and applications.
- Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures,methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization value.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities; well versed with professional network, participating in professional organizations.
- Enhances department and organization by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requisites;
- Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- All policy drafting, Up-gradation, Internalization, Procedures and process. Incorporating forms, Decision making and Day to Day HR Operations. Code of conduct, ER Functions, Statutory Compliance, and second level payroll check.
Salary offered - 8-10 LPA
