The essential scope of this role is to create an enriching experience during the employee lifecycle.
Main responsibilities:
Learning & Development:
- Identify training needs, providing interventions through blended e-learning / instructor led, consulting, facilitating, coaching and measuring training effectiveness experience.
- Create and execute behavioral & leadership learning strategies and programs.
- Work with the senior leadership team to design and implement appropriate learning & competency development strategies.
- Coordinate with Central HR team for executing of program launched at a group level.
- Following up with employees and ensuring timely completion of all learning intervention.
Employee Engagement:
- Designing of Employee Engagement Calendar and Organizing Engagement events, Branding & Communications of various new happenings, initiatives & policies.
- Enhance employee connect so that employee satisfaction is achieved.
-Communicate & co-ordinate with employees in order to ensure involvement & participation of employees in engagement initiatives.
- Facilitating Employee satisfaction surveys and analyzing gap reports with suggestive action plans.
- Managing updating the A Media Linked-in page.
Hiring & Recruitment:
- Drafting of Job Descriptions for the position being hired.
- Coordinating with consultant for sourcing of relevant candidates from the industry.
- Coordinating with the functional team and consultant for scheduling of IW.
- Following up with Hiring manager on feedback for all IW done.
- Coordinating with selected candidates for documentation and guiding them on A Media Digital Hiring & onboarding process
- Onboarding of employees on Date of joining & conducting Induction program
Operations:
- Support in Employee Life Cycle (On Boarding to Exit) management
- Responsible for all HR MIS reports, HR Dashboard, Employee Masters, (On Rolls, Off Rolls & Consultant), Org Structure
- Respond to inquiries from employees, consultants or interns. As appropriate, forward questions to Specialist teams (Benefits, Recruiting, Facilities, etc.) for resolution.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
- Post Graduate in HR.
- Prior experience in Media & Entertainment i.e. Films, television or studio is a must.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Excel & PowerPoint.
