Job Specification:
HR Operations and Resourcing
- Facilitate permanent staffing at the corporate office. Study existing roles and revisit existing job descriptions and suggest changes wherever required.
- Ensure process adherence of the entire employee life cycle from joining till exit. Proactively suggest changes in the existing processes and ensure end to end implementation.
- Manage all internal and external HR audits and ensure zero deviation from the set standards and processes.
ERP & HR Analytics
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders including the IT function towards implementation of HR ERP system.
- Conceptualize and implement various HR analytics and trackers towards effective HR decision making. Responsible for various Management reports and their timely publication. Designing HR metrics and driving it across regions.
- Driving HR special projects across regions.
If it is a Tier 1 Institute then, 4 years work exp
And If it is Tier 2 full time MBA then, 5 years work exp
